Entertainers

Having the right entertainment for your event is important. We can assist with finding bands, dancers, magicians and more to make your event stand out from the rest. When and where you'll want your entertainment at your event, sound techs, staging and more. We can provide options to fit your budget.

Sponsors/ Vendors

Attention to detail helps each of the event sponsors & vendors succeed. We are available for planning, set up and follow up emails. We provide recaps and information needed for events to go off without a hitch! Including your vendors in the detailed elements of the event will help them succeed and have a positive experience at your event.

Staff

None of us can do it all, so having an amazing staff before, during and after the event is very important. From volunteers to part-time helpers who love events, we will set you up for success. We can assist with all elements of the events being staffed from hiring to managing onsite.

Media Partners

We owe a lot to event media partners. They Capture the essence of the event's memorable moments and unique features. We are sure to help coordinate assistance with photos, videos, and additional media.
